I can't see how we can vote for something that can easily put innocent African Americans, people of color, in jail. This technology that tagged 2 African Americans as gorillas. HB1851 - Unmanned aircraft; exempts an owner from the requirement to register.
The Unmanned Systems Association of Virginia supports HB1851. It is a positive step towards ensuring Virginia remains a leader in the unmanned industry.
