I would suggest their be taxes on items in va that are not a necessity (ex) cigarettes, candy, game systems etc. And there be no taxes on things like food, clothing, toys etc I would suggest when a patient is being admitted for mental health concerns if that patient denies mental health treatment their be a family member help to make a decision on having that patient admitted if necessary to their health and that of others.
