OPPOSE. The bill would limit license suspension to 10 years. There are people who should never be allowed behind the wheel of a car again. I feel this way about impaired drivers who have killed people, especially when they have had previous convictions. There should be no limit possible on license suspension. Dead people don't get second chances, and drunk drivers who kill shouldn't get them either.
