SB58 is a common sense response to the way the US Postal System is behaving. At home, I count myself lucky if the mail arrives by 5pm. Expecting it at noon is a relic of a by-gone era. Please vote for SB58.

SB58 (Favola) The League supports SB58, the companion bill to HB82. Adjusting the deadline for the receipt of ballots arriving by mail from noon until 5:00 PM on the third day after an election takes into account the unreliability of mail deliveries and will help ensure that voters’ ballots will be counted as intended by law.
