I think this is an excellent step forward to addressing simultaneous and contradictory movements. The existing efforts to increase demand on the power grid via electric vehicles while also reducing generation due to environmental and other concerns is fundamentally incoherent. I express my support for the bill and hope to see more technology developments from this and future sessions to ensure legislative infrastructures support societal changes as they occur.
