As the VCFAE Policy Chair/Legislative Liaison (and also as a constituent of the bill's patron, Del. Glass), I am communicating our enthusiastic support for HB1249. We believe that the plan derived from the deliberations of this task force could eventually result in additional high level employment opportunities for our fine arts students and increased quality of life in our communities. I have attached the VCFAE HB1249 position statement which explains in further detail our rationale.
