Good morning Delegates Askew and Convirs-Fowler,
I am writing supporting the decision to Codify the 10-1 Election System. It is important for all citizens to have free and fair Elections. It is also imperative that citizens have the opportunity to elect the candidate of their choice. Our districts must be drawn so that the citizens can choose their representatives and not drawn so that Elected officials are able to choose voters of their choice. We must have elections where, "We the People " actually have representation if we are going to be a Great Nation!
