Hello, Katie Hellebush with VNLA. I apologize I could not be with you this morning in person. I had an unexpected medical issue last night but all is well this morning. We are grateful to have worked with Sen. Salim, Del. Seilbold, and our fellow stakeholders to come up with the compromise before you today, specifically extending the delayed enactment date to January 1, 2027. We also appreciate your support for letters directing the invasive species working group, universities, researchers, and horticulture and conservation group industry members to examine non-fertile cultivars in the off-season -- critical ongoing research. Finally, we appreciate the conversation surrounding the plant list. While my members still have concerns, we are grateful for the negotiation, and look forward to continued discussion.
